Two of my business associates and I we're at a convention in Memphis for the weekend. They were coming down from Michigan and I was coming over from Arkansas. We wanted something close to the convention center and Shayla had the perfect place! It was only like 6 minutes to the convention center. It was easy for the guys to get into ahead of me even though I was the personal assigned to book the reservation. The easy to understand instructions and house rules were great in this regard. We had no issues and I just gave her some ideas to spruce up her place a little bit based on what I'd seen in other properties but in no way did she have a bad place. The neighborhood is safe and parking is plentiful. I would definitely book this property again and refer anyone to it!

Julie’s place was exactly how it was described and looked in the photos. It was incredibly cozy, and one of the best spots we’ve stayed. When I went to book something happened where it didn’t tally the other guests on the reservation and Julie was more than helpful getting it fixed. If I’m ever back in the area I will be looking for Julie’s place first. 7 out of 5 stars, hands down!

Very very nice home , with personal gated parking. Everything in the house is brand new and beautiful. A lot of good places in the home to take photos as well.

Had a wonderful weekend visit. Quiet friendly neighborhood and the house was nice and clean inside. Had everything we needed and additional extra toiletries was the cherry on top. Plenty of kitchen supplies and even provided charcoal for the grill. Will definitely look this place back up when we are back in the area.

Our family of 6 was very well accommodated. My children loved the backyard and open concept and we absolutely loved the master bedroom and living room with fire place. This was a great stay!

Shayla was a great host. Her place was clean nicely, decorated, and full of accommodations for her guest. Location was great had lots of walkable things to do and restaurants which helped with the snow day place with clean the place was clean and you won’t be disappointed. The host communicated effectively with me, and I always felt like she had my best interest in heart.

We booked this last minute on a trecherous drive leaving Ole Miss after a snow/ice storm. We were able to book last minute and had a warm clean place to rest before our drive back to Chicago.

Julie’s place was super cute and clean! My friend and I enjoyed the house and the backyard for our dogs! Was just a quick drive to Graceland and we enjoyed our stay.
