This home is over 2,000 Square feet with extremely high ceilings throughout the house. Front Porch: There is a lovely swing that can accommodate up to two guests Living Room: Inside of this luxurious living room, there is an enormous electric reclining sectional. There is also a soft and cozy reclining chair. There is a 65" Flat Screen 4K SMART TV mounted above the fireplace. For the best Movie and TV show effects, for the whole family, there is a soundbar and subwoofer underneath of the TV. Please Note- - The TV is set to guest mode. You will have to provide your own streaming service login. (You will be able to select a checkout day and your information will be erased automatically at that point) - The fireplace is NOT operational, please do not try to turn it on. Kitchen: Comes fully equipped, including, but not limited to; salt, pepper, olive oil, pots and pans, baking sheets, mini muffin pan, coffee (Keurig and Regular coffee maker), Tea Kettle with tea bags, tongs, thermometer, garlic press, vegetable peeler, cutting boards, and much much more. This kitchen also has a considerable pantry to store all of your items. Includes: 2 rolls of paper towels, all purpose cleaner spray, dishwasher pods, hand soap, and dish soap. Laundry Room: Comes with brand new LG Washer and Dryer. Both are very large and is perfect for washing clothes for many guests. Includes- 3 washer machine pods Bedrooms: All come equipped with Cooling Green Tea Memory foam King size mattresses with 4 pillows, fitted sheet, regular sheet, comforter, and a quilt. The quilt may be located inside of the closet, or in a closet in another room. Our sheets are made of 100% Luxurious Cotton. Bathrooms: Come with towels, hand towels, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, and Hand Soap. Backyard: The backyard offers a fully fenced in area for children to be able to play. There is a fireplace that requires you to bring or purchase your own firewood for some memorable nights by the fire. The patio furniture is perfect for enjoying meals outside. Driveway: The driveway can easily accommodate up to 5-6 cars with 2 available to be parked on the street. The beginning of the driveway is not very wide, therefore big vehicles or trucks may have to park on the street.
