An upstairs apartment with an open plan living and sleeping area and a separate kitchen. A queen bed anchors the sleeping area, and the living room has a futon that folds out to a twin, comfortably sleeping up to 3 guests total. The full bath has a shower and tub combo. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishware, a dishwasher, coffee maker, and everything you need to cook in. In unit washer and dryer, mini-split a/c unit, and fast WiFi. Step out onto the shared second story deck for morning coffee or an evening drink. Where You'll Be: This is one of Midtown's most walkable pockets, lined with hundred year old homes and quiet streets. Overton Square, with its restaurants, bars, and theaters, is two blocks away. Fresh Market is around the corner, Walgreens and Kroger are both within a mile, and downtown is about ten minutes out. Scooters, bikes, rideshare, and the trolley are all easy to reach. Good To Know Before You Book: This is the upper apartment in a triplex. You will have neighbors sharing a wall and residents living directly below, so we ask guests to be mindful of noise, especially in the evenings. Access is by an exterior set of stairs. Off street parking is included for one vehicle, with free street parking available as well. Maximum occupancy is 3 guests. This is a smoke free property, inside and anywhere on the grounds, including cannabis and vaping, since outdoor areas are shared with our neighbors. No parties or events.

This is a second story apt so you will be climbing a very easy set of stairs that are located outside. We offer off-street parking for one vehicle, and there is free street parking as well. We also have tenants in the downstairs apartments.

Located in the Midtown, Memphis This is a one of a kind neighborhood! Quiet and peaceful, great neighbors, walkable to Overton Square, quaint with 100 year old homes, safe, ten minutes from downtown--the neighborhood where all Memphians WISH they lived!! You will find many groceries, drugstores, and convenience stores in my neighborhood. Fresh Market is at 2145 Union, which is right around the corner. Walgreens is at 1863 Union, which is less than a mile away. Kroger is at 1759 Union, which is one mile away.

The best part of this neighborhood is the walkability, bikes for rent, and Bird Scooters for rent. There is always Uber and Lyft available, public transportation, and a Trolley that runs from Midtown to downtown. Lots of off street parking at the apt.
