The best thing about this location is that you are two short blocks from the best entertainment and nightlife in the city: Overton Square. Lots of bars, restaurants, theaters all within easy walking distance from this apartment. There are bikes and Bird Scooters for rent everywhere. Of course, there is always Uber and Lyft available, public transportation, and a Trolley that runs from Midtown to downtown if you want to venture further out. Lots of off street parking at the apt.
