Our home sits on a corner lot in a quiet and safe Bartlett neighborhood. In addition to the fenced in backyard, the subdivision has well-maintained paved sidewalks and is within walking distance to our local park and playground. 🌳🛝 Inside the house is completely one floor* — making accessibility concerns minimal with no thresholds to navigate. We also have grab bars installed in both showers and on the wall next to the master bedroom toilet. ♿️ The Kitchen is fully stocked with essentials needed to make family meals including full-size stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, PLUS hot water tap for instant tea & hot cocoa. ☕️ Kick back in style in our huge family room, complete with TV (Roku included), sleeper sofa, and our favorite comfy La-Z Boy recliner. Plus we've even kept our old family piano — have fun making music, y'all! 🎶🎹 *There is an entrance step on both the front and carport doors, the backdoor has several steps but also has a sturdy metal handrail.
